Refund/Returns Policy, Disclaimer and Additional Charges


In the event that you want to return your order, please email us first, otherwise we may not be obliged to accept the return. Returns are accepted and refunded at our discretion. Please let us know the reason you want to return the order by emailing us within seven days of your order being delivered to begin the returns process. Your order should be returned to us within 14 days of the date of delivery to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be re-saleable condition. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of £10.00 where we have supplied your order correctly.

Should you refuse delivery, not accept delivery or not collect your order where applicable, or your order is returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee. Should you require the part to be posted to you again, you will be responsible for paying the additional postage costs. In the event you choose to cancel your order you will not be refunded the postage costs and will be charged our standard restocking fee.

Once purchased, should you change your mind before we have posted your order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% or £10.00 minimum value of your order.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, otherwise you will not receive any refund applicable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will follow our refunds process described above.. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please sign for any damaged items delivered as ‘damaged’ otherwise we may not be able to replace or refund and also notify us by email within seven days. Electrical parts and any part specially ordered are not returnable. Should you receive a defective part, please follow the returns process. Should the part have been taken apart, dismantled, repair attempted etc, this will void the returns and refund process.


The website may contain inaccuracies. We do our best to describe all our parts, items listed and our items are described as accurately as possible. We use OEM part numbers where possible, please be aware these are for reference only.

Italiparts Limited does not warrant the accuracy of the materials or any advice/opinion etc displayed on our website or facebook page. Reliance on such advice, opinion, statement or other information shall be at your own risk.

Italiparts Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for, and makes no warranties that, functions contained at this site will not be interrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. We are unable to provide technical advice or assistance with regard to repairing vehicles.

We do not accept any liability for any injuries, accidents or incidents involving the replacement of parts supplied by us.

Italiparts Limited reserves the right to alter, add, remove, change or modify any of our terms and conditions at any time.

Shipping/postage returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure you return your order using a trackable shipping/postage service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility to ensure your order is returned to us.

Damaged goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive your order damaged, please sign for it as ‘damage’ when it is delivered otherwise this may void any refund. Then please follow the returns process. In the event you do not sign for it as ‘damaged’ your order may not be refunded.

Customs, fees and tax

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Italiparts Limited is not responsible for any fees. Please look into this before completing your order with us.
